Get to know me and the services I offer to help you achieve your dream hair. New guests or clients that haven't been in the salon in over 5 months can refer to the "New Guests" page to see the recommended packages.

Fill out my color consult form after booking your appointment. For those wanting an in depth consultation where I help create a roadmap for your hair, please book or request a color consultation.

Look for my e-mail in correspondence to appointment requests within 2 business days. If you've booked directly through Vagaro look for an automated text and/or e-mail for an appointment confirmation.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

The deposit is a one time occurrence for new clients to ensure there aren't any no-shows or fake appointments (yes, this does happen unfortunately). This deposit will go towards your service so the day of your appointment you will only owe the remainder of the service cost.

I offer complimentary in-person consultations that can be booked online or for those with a busy schedule, either fill the appointment request form (Dallas) or color form (Frisco) and I will get back to you within two business days! An in-person consultation is highly encouraged if you are looking to do a major color change, vivid color (ex. rainbow hair or edgy alternative hair), a global bleach and tone, or an extension service.

If you're debating between two different looks, please schedule an in-person consultation so I can help direct you to which would be more suitable for your lifestyle and avoid overbooking services causing gaps in my schedule. In the case that you decide to book a service and forgo the consultation then change your mind the day of the appointment, you will be charged for the service(s) booked if the amount is higher than what services you changed your mind towards.

While on this topic, if you have received a service but decide you want to switch back to your previous color or a new color completely that will be considered a separate service and charged accordingly. This does not apply to situations like minor tweaks to the color (ex. toner not quite right or placement looks off), I will gladly adjust the color free of charge if contacted within 5 days of your appointment date.
