• Not currently pregnant or breastfeeding.

• Not allergic to pigments and makeup.

• Not have glaucoma and/or taking blood-thinning medications.

• No skin diseases such as eczema or psoriasis on the area to be treated.

• No active skin cancer in the area to be treated.

• No undiagnosed rashes or blisters on the area to be treated.

• Has not experienced post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation.

• No transmittable blood conditions. (i.e. Hepatitis or HIV).

• No healing disorders.

• Not currently taking skin medications such as antasure, ro-accutaine, and steroids, which thin and make the skin very sensitive.

• Not currently under or scheduled for radiotherapy or chemotherapy treatment.

• Any radiotherapy or chemotherapy must be no less than 42 days from the date of the treatment.

• Not epileptic or who has experienced faint spells or seizures.

• Not taking antibiotics. (Must be off at least 2 weeks.)

• Must be off from using Retin-A, Retinol around procedure area for 1-2 weeks prior to the procedure.

• Please notify me if you have/had allergic reactions to topical anesthetics.

• Please notify me of other medications you are currently taking.

Perfecting Session (2-3 week touch-up) is required for optimal results.

An Annual Refresh may be performed once your initial scalp painting is 50-60% faded. This is to avoid over-saturation, skin trauma, and to maintain the most hyper realistic follicle shading possible. Annual refreshes must take place within 1-1.5 years post initial session.

• NO caffeine & NO alcohol minimum 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

• AVOID taking Aspirin, Omega-3/fish oil, Vitamin E, and Ibuprofen(Advil) 24-48 hours prior to the procedure.

• Please DO NOT color your hair at least a month before the procedure.

• Wash your hair on the morning of your procedure.

• Do not use oily, serum, or wax products on the day of your procedure.

• Do not tan two weeks prior or have a sunburned face.

• Exfoliate your scalp the night before your procedure to remove any dead skin or the pigment may not take as well.

• Drink lots of water- before and during the session – this allows the skin to accept the ink more easily, without thinning the blood.

By booking, you agree to Tramsformational’s studio policy. Failure to comply with pre/post-care instructions, client conduct, and studio policy may hinder your tattoo experience and require Tramsformational to respectfully refuse service.

Active healing time: Scalp painting: 10-14 Days Scalp painting on aged skin: 14-21 Days

If any redness and inflammation occurs during the procedure, it should subside within 24-48 hours. Although active / surface level healing takes 1-2 weeks, the deeper layers of your skin take 6-8 weeks to fully heal. During this time you may experience slight color, shape, and density fluctuation until week 8.

You MUST use Tramsformational’s provided or recommended topical products.

Please understand results will vary depending on after-care/each client's bone structure/muscle pull/skin type/etc. If any signs of infection arise, please seek medical attention immediately.
