  • WHY IS A DEPOSIT REQUIRED TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT?
    The deposit is a one time occurrence for new clients to ensure there aren't any no-shows or fake appointments (yes, this does happen unfortunately). This deposit will go towards your service so the day of your appointment you will only owe the remainder of the service cost.
  • WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

  • ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED AT THE SALON? AM I ALLOWED TO BRING FRIENDS?
    As much as I enjoy meeting the little ones and new visitors, I ask that for everyone's safety and to maintain minimal capacity, only those receiving services be in the salon at this time.
  • WHAT IF I CHANGE MY MIND ON WHAT I WANT THE DAY OF THE APPOINTMENT?
    If you're debating between two different looks, please schedule an in-person consultation so I can help direct you towards the one better suited for you! In the case that you decide to book a service and forgo the consultation then change your mind the day of the appointment, you will be charged for the higher service amount that was originally scheduled. ​ If you have received a service but decide you want to switch back to your previous color or a new color completely that will be considered a separate service and charged accordingly. This does not apply to situations like minor tweaks to the color (ex. toner not quite right or placement looks off), I will gladly adjust the color free of charge if contacted within 5 days of your appointment date.

Get to know me and the services I offer to help you achieve your dream hair. New guests or clients that haven't been in the salon in over 5 months can refer to the "New Guests" page to see the recommended packages. 

Fill out my color consult form after booking your appointment. For those wanting an in depth consultation where I help create a roadmap for your hair, please book or request a color consultation.

Look for my e-mail in correspondence to appointment requests within 2 business days. If you've booked directly through Vagaro look for an automated text and/or e-mail for an appointment confirmation.
