Guests may be prompted by Vagaro to fill out a color pre-consultation form, please fill this out promptly.

**To book an extension service or transformative color service, you will be required to come in for a consultation to discuss which method would be suitable and go over pricing. 

*Please contact me after you submit an online color consult form via e-mail ( or Instagram DM. The website does not notify me so I won't see it if you don't contact me!

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Your appointments are very important to me and are reserved specifically for you. To ensure that all scheduled appointments run smoothly, clients will need to confirm or cancel appointments at least 48 hours in advance. If you must reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify me at least 48 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting your deposit or a 50% charge of the scheduled service(s).

No Shows

Unfortunately, when stylists don't have enough time to fill an appointment spot, they end up with a gap in their schedule that they lose money on. Our salon policy is that if an appointment is "no showed, no calls" will concur in a 100% charge of the scheduled service(s).


Late Policy

If you arrive for your appointment more than 15 minutes late, we will not have time to accommodate your full service due to our scheduling structure. We will do our best in the time left to fulfill a portion of your service (ex. if you booked a partial highlight we may just do a few foils and/or a gloss)

Cost impact to you:  “No Show” fee equivalent to a 100% charge for reserved service amount.


If for any reason you aren't completely satisfied with your service, please message me within 7 days of your appointment.  I will gladly offer a redo within 10 days from the initial point of contact. Please note that many blonding services require multiple sessions to achieve the desired results.  It is at the salon's discretion to determine if this is the case if the desired lightness wasn't achieved.  If you changed your mind as to what your hair goal is and would like to book a service for such that is considered a separate service which will be charged accordingly. We do not offer refunds on services or product purchases.

Children at the Salon

For safety and liability reasons, I ask that you please leave your children home, or arrange for another adult not being serviced to look after them. The salon space is very limited and seating options do not serve having strollers, car seats, or kids on their iPads in the waiting area very well. There are chemicals, hot tools, and sharp instruments all throughout the space and the last thing I'd want is for your child to get hurt.


By visiting my salon, you consent to having your photograph taken and potentially shared on social media platforms for the purpose of showcasing my work on social media platforms. Photographs that reveal client's faces won't be shared without their explicit consent. If you prefer that we do not share a photograph of you on social media, please let me know and I will honor your request.


Expect a response within 2-3 business days! My business hours range from 10AM-8PM Tuesday through Saturday. I do my best to answer inquiries and messages then, but I may occasionally respond over my weekend. I appreciate your patience and understanding as I balance between being your hairdresser and receptionist! ❤
